About Angie's Book
Mothers who have chosen to forego careers for kids—whether
for a season or until they’re grown—quickly realize stay-at-home moms
don’t always stay at home. Stay-at-Home Mom’s Devotions To Go is
written to help mothers at home transform the spare minutes in
between errands and outings into a personal time-out with God. Each entry
examines some aspect of stay-at-home motherhood through the window of
God's Word and touches on topics closest to a stay-at-home mom’s heart.
Each of the book’s 30 devotionals presents readers with
insight, encouragement and motivation. All are packaged within anecdotes
and personal narratives that spring off of relevant passages of Scripture.
Entries conclude with a prayer and journaling starter.

Topics
The Extreme Diva’s
Guide to Stay-at-Home Motherhood
Every career change brings new challenges and new chores;
switching from workplace to home is no exception. Yes, stay-at-home
motherhood is worth every paycheck you give up and every moment you
struggle in making the transition, but no, it definitely doesn’t involve
endless stretches of time and an immaculate home. This presentation
offers new stay-home moms the scoop on smoothing the transition from
work to home; a real-life snapshot of what really to
expect from at-home motherhood; a diva-style helping of encouragement
and support for what, in Angie’s opinion, is one of the best decisions
you’ve ever made.
Celebrate MOPS!
Living with preschoolers is like being at one long party!
At what other events do you find food on the floor and push the
furniture back so you can dance in the living room? And my, how the time
flies when you’re having fun! One day you’re cheering as she tries that
first step; the next thing you know she’s a long-legged wonder dribbling
a soccer ball down the field. Find out how to make sure you’re not
spending the preschool years as a wallflower at one of the wildest
parties you’ll ever attend during this sensory-filled presentation. This
30-45-minute session is ideal for MOPS groups and other groups of
mothers of young children. Can be adapted for both Christian and secular
audiences.
Ecclesiastical
Encouragement for Exhausted Moms
Motherhood worn you out? Run you down? Drained your gas
tank? Find out how timeless truths from the book of Ecclesiastes can
span the centuries to fill your tank, rev your engine and renew your
outlook on your heavenly calling as a mom. 30-45 min.; Christian
audiences.
One
Stone at a Time: Building a Testimony that Rocks
“I can’t give my testimony! I hate to speak in front of
people!”
“I was raised in church and came to know Christ when I
was a little girl – so I don’t even HAVE a testimony!”
Women are designed to influence, but all too often we’re
not using our influence to tell others about the amazing things God is
doing in our lives. This presentation, based on Angie’s book,
Designed to Influence: A Woman and Her Testimony, helps participants
go on a treasure hunt to discover God’s fingerprints on their lives, and
gives them a simple, in-your-comfort-zone plan for putting together a
powerful testimony that’s easy to share. Ideal for retreats and multi-sessioned
workshops. Christian audiences.

Designed to Build: A Woman and
Her Home
Home improvement. We all want to make our homes more
organized, more appealing and more marketable. But all the storage bins,
paint brushes and extreme makeovers in the world can’t do a thing to
improve the quality of our families’ lives. Real home
improvement—God style—starts at the heart of the home, with the family,
and makes sure it aligns with His design plans.
This presentation, based on Angie’s book by the same
name, takes a close look at how the world’s wisdom differs from godly
wisdom in some of the key ingredients in a woman’s home life. 1 -3
sessions, 30-35 min. each. Suited for Christian audiences.
A
Cup of Christmas TEA
The perfect selection for your ladies’ Christmas brunch,
this presentation gives you a refreshing break from the hustle and
bustle of the holidays, and helps you refocus on the “reason for the
season.” 30 minutes, Christian audiences.

What others have said:
You were
wonderful!! Such practical advice...
Thanks so
much for coming to speak to us. –Ann Rice, First Baptist, Little Rock
Thank
you for coming to speak to us. Everyone was talking about how wonderful
everything was on Sunday. I heard so many comments about how your words
hit so close to home and were such an encouragement. I think many will
draw closer to Christ this holiday season because of your words to us on
Saturday. God is using you.
Kathy Faver, women’s ministry, Oak Grove,

Thanks so
much for speaking for us. I really felt uplifted when I left our
meeting. Thanks again!
